The Inquiry has allocated its own unique identifiers to all documents gathered as evidence. These take the form of three letters followed by a group of three numbers and a group of four numbers, e.g. SNB.001.0001. These identifiers are used in footnotes throughout the report. Copies of most documents referred to in the footnotes can be found on the DVD issued with this report and on the Inquiry’s website. Copyright material from scientific journals has not, however, been reproduced on the DVD or the website. Readers will need to obtain their own copies from a library or from the original publisher.
